About Me

Spiro Polomarkakis has been a part of the landscape industry for nearly 20 years. Starting off as a business manager and account rep at his father-in-law’s business, Moreno Landscaping, in Highland Park, and moving on to found Root&Stem Landscapes, where he focused his efforts on design and install and making sure every client felt educated, in tune and satisfied with their landscape. Spiro recently started Solid Ground Landworks to focus his full efforts on design and install. With a deep knowledge and respect for plants, trees and outdoor spaces, Spiro finds joy in educating people and turning their visions into reality.
